Please read this before you buy a ticket. It's short. Our events are 18+. When you buy a ticket, you agree to the following:

You must be 18+ to attend & we reserve the right to ask for ID at the door.
If you can't prove that you're 18 or older, you won't be allowed in. No refund will be issued.

Our events are designed to provide comfortable and inclusive experience to everyone. We expect you to:

• treat other guests, the host and the venue staff with respect;
• take part in the event you're attending, follow the host & venue rules;
• respect a 'no'. If someone isn't interested in continuing a conversation, leave it there;
• stay in control if you order drinks and drink responsibly.

We reserve the right to ask you to leave the event if you:

• harass, insult or touch anyone without their consent;
• keep pushing your contact details on someone who clearly isn't interested;
• are too intoxicated for the event to run properly;
• use or carry illegal substances;
• ignore the host's instructions;
• damage the venue or its property;
• behave in any way that makes other guests uncomfortable

The host's decision is final. If you're asked to leave, no refund will be issued.

Returns & Refunds.
Tickets are non-refundable. If you don't attend, change your mind or can't make it for any reason, we cannot return your money. This applies regardless of the reason, including illness, work, travel and personal emergencies. There are no exceptions.
The reason is simple: we reserve the venue, the tables and every seat in advance, for a fixed number of people. An empty seat still costs us preparation time and the chance to fill it with someone on the waiting list.

You do have options. Up to 48 hours before the event, you can pass your ticket to someone else, provided that you give us their full name, phone number and email address. Our events run on a guest list, so we need to know who's coming. Just email us at speak.tgr@gmail.com and we'll arrange it. If you contact us less than 48 hours before the event, we can't make any changes. Tickets cannot be moved to a different event.

Cancellations by the organizer.
If we cancel an event without setting a new date, you'll receive a full refund automatically. You don't need to request it.

If we move the event to a new date, you can choose to keep your ticket for the new date, or request a full refund. Let us know within 7 days of our announcement – otherwise we'll assume you're keeping your place. Refunds are processed within 14 days.

Photo & Video
We take photos and videos at our events. We use them on Instagram, on our website, in our WhatApp groups and on other channels we run.
If you'd rather not appear in them, let us know:

• email us at speak.tgr@gmail.com before the event, or
• tell the host when you arrive

We'll keep you out of the shots.
If you've already appeared in something we've published and want it removed, email us and we'll take it down within 7 days.
